Some Members have noticed that their password login to the Heritage Member’s site will not SAVE – which means they need to login each time.
The SAVE password feature is built in to most mobile phones and is managed by the user. Members should be able to ‘Stay Logged In’ however, this feature does not always work properly on iPhone – because of a recent update by Apple. Sadly, a setting in security was removed which now means, it does not allow users to use ‘Stay Logged In’ on the internet browser.
For Android devices, this feature generally works, but does not work on newer Samsungs.
