Opening Hours

Tuesday to Saturday 10am to 5pm

Reservations – Booking your treatment in advance is essential so we can best accommodate your needs. Please check-in at the Retreat Reception at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to ensure you have adequate time to change into your robe and slippers, enjoy herbal tea or refreshing drink before your treatment. Please understand that if you arrive late, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly.

Cancellation and Re-scheduling – If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please let us know more than 24 hours of your treatment, otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% for all spa services reserved will be applied. For a no-show, 100% of the treatment price is applicable.

Pre-Natal and Children – Heritage Retreat & Day Spa is pregnancy friendly. Please let us know of your pregnancy when you reserve your booking to ensure both your wellness and enjoyment. Some spa treatments may require you to be over your first trimester. Please advise us at the time of booking of any major health concerns. Heritage Retreat & Day Spa also extends itself to those of 14 years and above.

Special Considerations – We reserve the right to refuse treatment to guests who arrive intoxicated or under the influence of illegal substances. Our therapists are trained professionals and any inappropriate behaviour will end your treatment instantly.

Valuables – Please leave your valuables in your hotel room or the hotel’s safe. We cannot take responsibility for valuables left in the change room lockers or robes.

Gift Certificates – Whatever the occasion, we are happy to arrange a Gift Certificate for any spa treatment, service or spa product. You may wish to create your own personalised gift or choose a treatment from our extensive spa menu. eGift cards are available via our website:
